Silver Threads Service is a non-profit organization and a longstanding advocate of Victoria’s community of seniors. It has been our pleasure to serve seniors by ensuring their quality of life is enhanced by providing programs and services specifically designed for seniors. At Silver Threads we understand and promote the importance of seniors in building a healthy community by fostering their wealth of knowledge.
Silver Threads Service operates in two locations within the Capital Regional District. Both our Saanich Center and Downtown Victoria Centre host events and offer several programs and community services. Whether it is help finding employment or the social environment of a knitting group you are looking for, or anything in between, Silver Threads Service happily welcomes seniors.
We work with government, business and individuals to ensure a higher quality of life is achieved by promoting a senior friendly environment on a day to day basis.
